Bree McCorkle
Bree McCorkle brings over 21 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, with a strong foundation in both residential and commercial estimating. Since 2004, he has handled a wide range of losses, including nearly every major disaster since Hurricane Katrina. In 2012, Bree shifted his focus to appraisal and has since completed thousands across multiple states. Known for strong communication skills, construction expertise, and deep understanding of the appraisal process, he consistently delivers fair, informed, and effective resolutions. Bree’s commitment to clarity and balanced outcomes makes him a trusted leader and key force behind Verisure Group’s mission.
Clay Heath
Clay Heath brings over 24 years of experience in catastrophic and structural property estimating, with a background in running CDBG-DR HUD funded disaster recovery programs across the U.S. He has led teams of up to 300 professionals at major catastrophe sites and handled numerous multi-million dollar commercial and residential losses. Known for his strategic planning, ethical work style, and innovative problem-solving, Clay is highly respected as both a Dispute Appraiser and Appraisal Umpire, having served in those roles on hundreds of claims. His depth of knowledge and leadership is a driving force behind Verisure Group’s gold standard approach to resolution.
E.J. Nacey
E.J. Nacey brings over 22 years of experience as an insurance appraiser, umpire, and property adjuster, having handled more than 12,000 first-party property claims and over 800 appraisals across 30 states. He is recognized for his prompt communication, expert negotiation skills, and ability to resolve disputes with precision and efficiency. With a background in construction, E.J. combines technical insight with industry knowledge to deliver accurate, high-quality claim resolutions.
